Lead the Center's efforts to engage external audiences, including alumni, donors, and partners, to facilitate ecosystem growth. Execute marketing and communications strategies while managing digital platforms and distributing resources for the faith and entrepreneurship ecosystem.

Develop and maintain modern, user-centered web experiences and custom portals for prospective students using the Slate recruitment system. Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to translate recruitment strategies into scalable, accessible, and personalized digital content.

The Director of Development will implement and direct a comprehensive university advancement program for the Western region to increase financial commitments from donors. This includes managing a major gift prospect pool and coordinating solicitation and stewardship strategies in collaboration with university leadership.
