Oversee case managers supporting children in the state foster care system and act as a child advocate. Responsible for supervising a results-driven team and facilitating linkages to various agencies for health and social needs.

Provide and coordinate patient care, education, and emotional support to vulnerable populations under physician direction. Manage patient visits independently while utilizing a mobile clinical system for documentation.

The Recruiter/Trainer is responsible for recruiting new foster homes and managing the selection and pre-service training of applicants. Key duties include drafting home studies using the SAFE format, completing IMPACT training, and ensuring foster home compliance.
