The Administrative Coordinator will work closely with program leadership and support departments to ensure the smooth operation of the Foster Care program. Key functions include data entry, billing, reporting, reception, and maintaining compliance.

The Case Manager will support foster families and children in the state foster care system by acting as an advocate and assessing health and social needs. They are responsible for making linkages to various agencies and facilitating adoptions and home studies.

Oversee case managers supporting children in the state foster care system and act as a child advocate. Responsible for supervising a results-driven team and facilitating linkages to various agencies for health and social needs.

Provide and coordinate patient care, education, and emotional support to vulnerable populations under physician direction. Manage patient visits independently while utilizing a mobile clinical system for documentation.
