The Corporate Counsel will draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements while identifying and mitigating legal and business risks. They will also support the legal team on matters including intellectual property, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with linguists to develop and polish high-quality language learning curriculum and supplemental educational resources. Perform large-scale content revisions and provide administrative support for daily team operations.
