The Account Executive will lead the full-cycle sales process, including prospecting, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations. They will also focus on building trusted relationships with healthcare executives and expanding usage within existing customer accounts.
You will own the roadmap for the integration layer, defining how the platform ingests and transforms data from various health systems. You will also translate complex technical requirements into engineering specifications and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment.
You will build, scale, and maintain integration pipelines that connect M7's platform to healthcare systems' HRIS and time-and-attendance software. Additionally, you will own production reliability by monitoring data flows, diagnosing discrepancies, and implementing resilient, idempotent solutions.
