LOVE JUSTICE INTERNATIONAL

The Major Gift Officer will manage a portfolio of high-net-worth donors to drive fundraising efforts through personalized cultivation and solicitation strategies. They will collaborate with leadership to align fundraising goals with organizational objectives while maintaining accurate donor records in the CRM.

The Director of Foundation Relationships will identify, cultivate, and manage partnerships with private and public foundations to secure funding for the organization's mission. They are responsible for overseeing the entire grant lifecycle, from proposal development and submission to grant administration and impact reporting.

The coach will support The Dream School by capturing, organizing, and strengthening core instructional and operational documentation to preserve institutional knowledge and build sustainable systems. This involves drafting guides, templates, and SOPs, collaborating with in-country staff, and traveling annually to South Asia for alignment.

The primary duty involves advancing and further developing Love Justice International's methodologies for building human assessments, including testing potential evolutions with stakeholders. This includes regularly gathering new data to make assessments more robust and preparing this data for predictive modeling by the Data Science team.

This volunteer will review existing documentation, organize shared resources like training materials and onboarding documents, and help create or refine internal processes for school systems. The role also involves supporting the documentation of effective practices and collaborating with leadership on prioritization.

The volunteer will complete multiple translation projects into one of the seven target languages (Amharic, Bangla, French, Hindi, Indonesian, Nepali, and Portuguese) and test potential processes to help build a robust translation program. They must also attend meetings to answer questions and make corrections to translation work as needed.
