The Customer Success Manager will own the relationship with lender customers from implementation through go-live, acting as a mortgage-fluent advisor and the primary point of contact. They will translate customer workflows into the Loancrate platform, handle objections, and provide critical feedback to the Product and Engineering teams.
You will lead the effort to productize the enterprise onboarding process by building automated provisioning, configuration-as-code, and migration toolchains. This role involves collaborating with implementation teams to replace manual workflows with scalable, reproducible infrastructure and software solutions.
You will own the end-to-end design process from wireframing to production-quality implementation using React and TypeScript. You will also build and maintain a design system while collaborating with product and engineering teams to ensure user-centered, accessible, and consistent UI.
You will own and evolve the AWS infrastructure using Terraform and Pulumi while designing internal developer tooling to standardize building and shipping processes. Additionally, you will drive system reliability through SLOs, incident response, and the creation of self-service platforms to improve engineering velocity.
You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for your area, driving the development of AI-native mortgage automation tools in collaboration with engineering and design. Additionally, you will lead customer discovery efforts and translate user insights into a strategic, data-backed product roadmap.
The QA Engineer will perform end-to-end testing of mortgage workflows to identify bugs and ensure release readiness. They will build the company's first regression test suite and eventually lead the QA function by hiring and training a team.
