Define the internal agent platform's orchestration patterns, skills library, and evaluation discipline to scale AI capabilities across the organization.

Lead and unify the Business Systems and Data Engineering functions to power internal intelligence and business operations. Own the strategy for the CRM ecosystem and modern data stack while partnering cross-functionally to translate business needs into scalable data solutions.

The role involves building product on Linq's messaging platform, focusing on APIs, interfaces, and underlying infrastructure. Responsibilities span across the full stack (React/Next.js, Node, TypeScript, Go) with daily code shipping.

The Member of Technical Staff will work on the most critical technical problems across backend, frontend, infrastructure, APIs, and data, taking significant ownership of the core product. This role involves scaling APIs for developer integration and applying skills across various teams as needed.
