The Associate Product Manager will own the execution of initiatives focused on driving financial adviser productivity by translating product strategy into scoped tickets and delivered features. Key duties include developing a deep understanding of the adviser productivity funnel, managing the end-to-end alert and nudge pipeline, and ensuring data quality for experiments.

Graduates will learn to build intelligent financial tools and client applications using specific programming languages while collaborating with experts to create user-friendly digital solutions. Responsibilities also include developing models that drive financial advice, pricing, and risk decisions, and contributing to innovative product ideas.

The role involves designing and pricing insurance products in partnership with insurers, building financial models for franchise practices, and structuring adviser remuneration models. Key tasks also include developing frameworks for assessing adviser productivity and modeling partnership economics like VNB impacts and fee structures.
