The Corporate Counsel will manage commercial contracting, including SaaS and vendor agreements, while overseeing litigation risk and dispute management. Additionally, the role provides legal support for HR employment matters and assists in scaling legal operations infrastructure.

Drive net-new revenue by identifying and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with large enterprise accounts in the platform risk space. Lead the full sales cycle from research and prospecting through to contract execution and closing.
