Own the accuracy and growth of provider directories across all contracted payers to drive patient acquisition. Manage the full directory funnel from data reconciliation to tracking conversion and revenue impact.

Provide compassionate patient support via phone and messaging while managing scheduling and onboarding. Coordinate administrative clinical workflows including prior authorizations, prescription refills, and FMLA documentation.
