Lead assigned customer programs from proposal and contract award through development, production, fielding, sustainment, and closeout, owning scope, schedule, cost, risk, and customer commitments. Establish and mature the PMO, mentor project managers, coordinate cross-functional teams and suppliers, manage customer relationships and program finances, and ensure delivery readiness and contractual acceptance.
