The Solution Analyst will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by gathering requirements and designing Salesforce solutions. They will actively participate in Scrum ceremonies and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, iterative Salesforce configurations.

The role involves designing and developing complex Salesforce implementations, including Health Cloud and data integrations using MuleSoft. You will lead cross-platform data strategies, manage CI/CD pipelines, and provide technical leadership to internal teams and clients.
