Front Desk Care Navigator (Bilingual - Spanish)
Serve as the virtual front desk by answering patient and caregiver calls, guiding intake, scheduling appointments, routing inquiries, and processing referrals, orders, and medical records in accordance with HIPAA standards. Provide empathetic service, identify patients who may need additional support, assist with copayments and basic virtual-visit troubleshooting, and coordinate with internal teams.
