You will support the end-to-end execution of complex, mixed-methods user research studies from setup to delivery. This includes collaborating with senior team members to synthesize data, uncover trends, and produce client-ready reports.
The UX Manager will lead complex, multi-market mixed-methods research studies and translate business problems into actionable research roadmaps. They will also oversee project operations and guide the team in synthesizing data into compelling, executive-ready product recommendations.
