The UX Manager will lead complex, multi-market mixed-methods research studies and translate business problems into actionable research roadmaps. They will also oversee project operations and guide the team in synthesizing data into compelling, executive-ready product recommendations.
Role Overview
As a UX Research Manager, you will bring independent ownership to our project lifecycles, translating business problems into effective research designs. Working closely with the Singapore UX Lead, and in partnership with other members of the team and internal account leaders, you will work collaboratively to support strategic client engagements, ensuring a tight balance between agile execution and rigorous delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Independent Project Ownership: Lead the design and delivery of complex, multi-market mixed-methods studies, ensuring a seamless blend of deep qualitative insights and robust quantitative validation.
- Supporting Key Engagements: Work closely with the Singapore UX Lead and the broader account team to support major global and regional tech clients. You will assist in translating ambiguous product dilemmas into actionable research roadmaps and support the team through major milestone deliveries.
- Project Management Excellence: Oversee the operational success of your projects in partnership with the wider team, ensuring strong resource utilization, timeline management, and quality assurance benchmarks.
- Impactful Storytelling: Direct the data synthesis process, guiding the project team to turn disparate data points into compelling, executive-ready presentations that provide clear product recommendations and experience frameworks.
The AI Frontier: The Augmented Ipsos Philosophy
As a UX Research Manager, you will champion our commitment to the Augmented Ipsos framework—driving the powerful fusion of Human Intelligence + Artificial Intelligence:

- Driving Agility & Output: You constantly evaluate how to lean into AI capabilities to exponentially improve the agility, depth, and creative quality of our research outputs.
- Experimental Mindset: You possess a strong grasp of AI's potential and a willingness to learn, pilot new tools, and assess how they can expand Ipsos's capability to deliver faster, sharper insights without sacrificing data integrity.
