The Admission Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for prospective families, managing the full enrollment process from initial inquiry to completion. They also maintain accurate records in the CRM, conduct virtual information sessions, and provide ongoing support to families regarding academic pathways.

The Admission Specialist will guide prospective families through the enrollment process and serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries. They will also manage student records in the CRM and SIS while collaborating with the Educational Concierge team to support academic pathways.

Responsible for overseeing the student learning experience by creating and delivering rigorous Project Based Learning lessons in a virtual environment. This includes collaborating with colleagues, monitoring academic progress, and maintaining strong communication with parents and stakeholders.

The K–12 School Counselor supports students’ academic planning, personal development, and college/career readiness in a virtual environment. This role involves guiding students and families, managing academic plans, and providing social-emotional support.
