The engineer is responsible for the day-to-day stability, performance, and reliability of a high-scale SAP Commerce Cloud eCommerce platform. They will troubleshoot complex production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and support production releases and operational readiness.
Design and develop AI agents and copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI while integrating with enterprise applications. Collaborate with business analysts and architects to identify use cases and convert successful prototypes into scalable production solutions.
