Lead the team responsible for the design, implementation, and configuration of benefit plan adjudication rules and claim workflows. Perform hands-on system setup and benefit mapping while providing strategic direction and oversight to ensure operational excellence.

Lead operational readiness and network implementation efforts to ensure a successful market launch for HealthEZ. Manage functional areas including claims, eligibility, and finance while coordinating UAT and post-launch stabilization.

This role involves partnering with the Data Architect to develop, govern, and expand the Microsoft Fabric and Power BI data environment through hands-on engineering and operational discipline. Key tasks include building and maintaining data pipelines within Fabric, establishing observability, developing validation processes, and enabling governed self-service analytics.
