The Senior Instructional Design Reviewer provides independent quality assurance and technical support for federal maritime-security curriculum development. They review instructional materials for objective alignment, usability, and consistency before government submission.
The SME will provide technical expertise to modernize maritime security training and ensure instructional content is operationally relevant. They will review and validate instructional materials, scenarios, and references to the ISPS Code for accuracy and practical application.
The Emerging Threats SME will develop and validate technically accurate instructional content focused on cybersecurity, UAS/UAV, and insider-threat awareness for maritime and critical-infrastructure audiences. They will collaborate with instructional designers and stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into practical training materials.
