You will design and improve the Gray Swan Arena UI across web and mobile platforms while translating complex technical workflows into intuitive user experiences. You will also collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and ML research teams to build and maintain a robust design system.

You will lead the biology safety capability by designing adversarial evaluations for frontier AI models to mitigate biological misuse risks. Additionally, you will partner with machine learning engineers to translate biological expertise into scalable safety infrastructure, benchmarks, and risk frameworks.
Strategic Account Executive – Frontier Labs
You will manage the full commercial lifecycle for frontier lab accounts, including scoping, pricing, and closing complex enterprise deals. You are responsible for hitting sales quotas through both new business acquisition and the expansion of existing client programs.
