This frontline, field-based commercial role focuses on driving growth by engaging early with customers across North America to identify operational challenges and shape them into revenue-generating projects like engineering studies and plant upgrades. The manager must build and close a strong pipeline, own a personal revenue target, and lead complex sales cycles from concept through contract negotiation.

The Recruitment Consultant will manage the full recruitment cycle, including business development, client acquisition, talent sourcing, assessment, and placement. They will also build long-term partnerships with clients and ensure high service delivery.
