About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced commercial leader to drive the next phase of growth across North America. This is not a transactional sales role. We are looking for someone who understands capital equipment and capital project sales, can navigate complex technical customer organizations, and builds client relationships that endure over the long term.
The ideal candidate has experience selling into heavy industrial or mineral processing environments and is comfortable managing multi-year sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders. This individual will own commercial strategy and execution for the region, lead the pursuit of major capital projects, and play a key role in shaping regional growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Own commercial strategy and execution across North America, leading the pursuit of capital equipment and capital project opportunities through long, technical, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Navigate complex customer organizations spanning engineering, procurement, operations, and executive leadership to build alignment and drive successful outcomes.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships that generate repeat business throughout the lifecycle of installed equipment.
- Lead the introduction and positioning of new equipment segments within the region.
- Contribute to the development of evolving commercial models as regional growth strategies mature.
- Translate technical capabilities and operational value into compelling commercial solutions for customers.
- Partner closely with engineering, product, and operations teams, bringing market intelligence and customer feedback into strategic decision-making.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities while driving strategic account growth.
Requirements
Required
- Direct experience with physical separation equipment, including one or more of the following technologies:
- Gravity Separation
- Magnetic Separation
- Electrostatic Separation
- 12+ years of experience in commercial, sales, or business development roles within capital equipment, mineral processing, or heavy industrial OEM environments.
- Demonstrated success selling capital equipment and securing capital projects through long sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers.
- Strong commercial acumen combined with sufficient technical expertise to engage credibly with engineers, metallurgists, and technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to develop long-term customer relationships that result in recurring business and strategic partnerships.
Preferred
- Experience developing commercial processes, sales frameworks, or go-to-market models within a growing or expanding region.
- Engineering, technical, or industry-specific background relevant to mineral processing, industrial equipment, or related sectors.
- Experience introducing new technologies or product lines into established markets.
