The Head of People will own the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, performance, and retention, while serving as a strategic partner to senior leadership. They will lead a small People team to evolve organizational structure and ensure high-quality execution of HR programs.

You will design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs while leading system design efforts for new and existing platforms. You will also collaborate closely with product, frontend, and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable and reliable product capabilities.
