Lead and develop the network engineering team while serving as a hands-on senior technical authority for complex network design, escalations, incidents, and the company’s data center infrastructure. Proactively assess customer networks, drive security and reliability improvements, manage changes and on-call coverage, and oversee operational standards, compliance, vendors, and performance metrics.
Lead and coach Tier 1 and Tier 2 technicians, oversee daily ticket flow and service delivery, and ensure SLA compliance, timely client communication, and high-quality documentation. Conduct quality checks, maintain procedures and knowledge resources, improve service processes, and provide hands-on technical support and operational coordination as needed.
The Tier 2 NOC Analyst monitors client environments using RMM and SIEM tools to triage, validate, and respond to system alerts. They also handle after-hours service requests, perform root cause analysis, and escalate complex issues to Tier 3 teams.
