Respond to email support tickets and provide technical guidance to customers using the Donorbox platform. Investigate bugs with the development team and maintain the Zendesk knowledge base.

Serve as the primary operational partner to the SVP of Growth & Global Operations to drive cross-functional accountability and business speed. Responsibilities include managing strategic initiatives, improving internal processes, and synthesizing data for executive reporting.

Lead the product strategy for user protection, focusing on fraud detection, identity verification, and risk mitigation. Manage platform integrity by overseeing content safety policies and collaborating with engineering teams to secure the user journey.

The Product Analyst will define and analyze product metrics, conversion funnels, and North Star metrics to drive data-driven decisions. They will act as a bridge between Product and Data departments to ensure data integrity and provide actionable insights for feature iteration.
