You will be responsible for end-to-end quality assurance, performance engineering, and automated regression testing across Oracle Utilities systems. This includes designing test scenarios, executing batch load and stress tests, and managing software defects to ensure zero-defect deployments.
You will monitor daily eCommerce platform operations and support the complete order lifecycle, including fulfilment and customer issue resolution. Additionally, you will coordinate with technical teams to resolve production issues and ensure compliance with operational KPIs.
The role involves developing, customizing, and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions, specifically within Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service modules. The developer will also collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and support implementation decisions.
