You will be responsible for sourcing, running, and closing new business with banks, fintechs, and digital asset firms to drive revenue in the US and Canada. Additionally, you will build the US sales playbook, define the regional team structure, and provide critical buyer feedback to the product roadmap.
You will design and lead the delivery function, establishing processes for onboarding, reference architectures, and production standards. You will also manage flagship deployments while building and leading a team of forward-deployed and solutions engineers.
The Principal Solutions Engineer will act as the senior technical face of Dfns in APAC, guiding financial institutions through complex integrations and deployments. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical proposals, troubleshoot issues, and ensure all solutions meet regional regulatory and security standards.
