The Field Operations Manager leads a nationwide team of Remote Field Technicians, overseeing daily operations, deployment quality, and performance metrics. This role acts as the primary liaison between field staff and leadership to drive operational excellence and process improvements.

Conduct thorough investigations into suspicious insurance claims by interviewing claimants and witnesses while maintaining accurate documentation. Analyze critical data and collaborate with law enforcement and regulatory agencies to identify and deter fraudulent activity.
