ICAP Fellows will participate in a 12-month rotation focused on commercial acquisition strategies and innovation. They are required to produce a capstone project that serves as a training plan for their home organization.
The Contract Specialist ensures that contractual baselines comply with Federal laws, regulations, and policies. They work in coordination with Program Management to develop and implement contractual direction for agreements, specifically leveraging Other Transaction Authorities.
