The Development Director is tasked with leading and executing the chapter's fundraising efforts, focusing heavily on individual giving, corporate partnerships, and special events. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth to meet area and chapter goals while ensuring alignment with organizational policies and maintaining accurate donor data.

The Individual Giving Officer is responsible for advancing relationships and raising funds from individuals, families, and foundations within the assigned territory. This includes managing a portfolio of donors and prospects capable of making gifts of $10,000+, focusing on those capable of making $100,000 gifts.
