Lead electrical cost management efforts including conceptual estimating, budget development, and value analysis for large-scale projects. Manage team workloads, perform QA/QC, and mentor junior estimators while maintaining strong client relationships.

The Senior Estimator is responsible for preparing detailed project estimates and managing cost and commercial deliverables throughout the design and construction phases. They will also lead client relationships, mentor junior staff, and support business development efforts to meet company profitability targets.
