The AR Specialist is responsible for resolving new and aged accounts receivables across various claim types and communicating with payers for payment resolutions. They analyze claims data to identify coding concerns, manage technical denials through appeals, and identify denial trends to improve reimbursement.

Manage the end-to-end provider credentialing and enrollment process for new and existing clinicians across multiple states. Coordinate with payers, recruiting teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely enrollment and resolve claims issues.

The counselor will provide individual counseling to highly complex patients, conduct clinical assessments, and design/update comprehensive treatment plans including care coordination and discharge planning. They will also manage their assigned caseload, ensure compliance with clinical requirements, and collaborate with nurses and providers to deliver holistic treatment services.

This role involves supervising clinical staff in providing accessible, high-quality, evidence-based medication-assisted treatment (MAT) options for patients with opioid use disorder. The supervisor will help guide patients on their path to recovery using comprehensive treatment approaches.

The Clinical Supervisor will oversee treatment programs for patients with opioid use disorder, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to regulations. They will also provide training and supervision to staff and support patient recovery efforts.
