The Vice President of Operations will provide strategic leadership across a portfolio of ambulatory surgery centers to drive financial performance, operational excellence, and physician engagement. This role involves coaching center leaders, establishing scalable operating frameworks, and leading new center launches to ensure consistent portfolio growth.

Serve as the primary HR partner for ambulatory surgery centers, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness. Support center leadership through growth and transitions while embedding company culture and values across diverse locations.

Lead the organization's IT operations, ensuring reliable and secure technology environments for clinical and business operations. Manage infrastructure performance, security operations, and vendor relationships while reporting directly to the CIO.

The Procure-to-Pay Administrator serves as the subject matter expert for the P2P platform, ensuring the accuracy of contract, pricing, and item master data. They collaborate with GPOs, distributors, and internal teams to streamline purchasing workflows and enhance visibility into supply costs.

Manage and maintain implant item master data across enterprise systems to ensure accuracy in procurement, billing, and reimbursement. Partner with center administrators and operations teams to optimize contracts, reduce administrative burdens, and improve financial performance.
