Lead and supervise a growing team of behavioral health providers to ensure high-quality, evidence-based pediatric care. Collaborate with operations to optimize clinical workflows, manage scheduling, and enhance the overall patient experience.

You will own features end-to-end, driving them from requirements through architecture and delivery while collaborating with clinical stakeholders. Additionally, you will drive AI strategy to improve care delivery and engineering workflows across the entire software development lifecycle.

Provide comprehensive clinical services for children and teens with ADHD, including diagnostic and medication management. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated care and contribute to program development.
