The lead will own and execute the broker engagement strategy for Eastern Canada to drive commercial growth. They will build senior-level relationships with brokerage leadership and align regional execution with global business priorities.

This role is key to driving cyber growth by leading regional initiatives, creating efficient development processes, and focusing on new broker identification, training, and education. Responsibilities include managing key accounts, strengthening relationships with core broking partners, and leading broker education initiatives.
