Lead the preparation, review, and negotiation of clinical trial budgets and agreements to support study start-up and ongoing research. Collaborate with sponsors, CROs, and internal teams to ensure financial accuracy and operational alignment with protocol requirements.

The Director of FP&A will own planning, forecasting, and performance management while serving as a strategic partner to senior leadership. They are responsible for building integrated financial models, managing site-level P&Ls, and delivering KPI-driven insights to drive business performance.
