Develop and implement regional sales strategies to increase revenue and build referent relationships for addiction treatment services. Coordinate with clinical teams and the development department to manage referrals and identify potential fundraising candidates.

Lead fundraising efforts and manage the Regional Advisory Board to advance growth and engagement in the Florida region. Identify and steward major gift prospects while coordinating high-level meetings with the CEO and managing annual philanthropic events.
