The Customer Success Manager is responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, driving product adoption, and maximizing customer retention. Key tasks include conducting Quarterly Business Reviews, monitoring customer health, and acting as the voice of the customer to influence the product roadmap.

The VP of Marketing will own the marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline targets, leading the full demand generation function, the SDR team, and co-owning the partner go-to-market strategy. Key duties include setting marketing targets, building high-performance operating cadences, and ensuring tight alignment between marketing and sales teams.
