The specialist will design, coordinate, and deliver training programs and learning materials for corporate and onsite teams. They are also responsible for administering the Learning Management System (LMS) and evaluating training effectiveness through KPIs.

Serve as the subject matter expert for property management technology platforms, primarily supporting RealPage/OneSite. Responsibilities include troubleshooting software issues, configuring new system setups, and collaborating with teams to optimize operational workflows.

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive traffic and occupancy for a portfolio of multifamily properties. Serve as the primary marketing subject matter expert, collaborating with regional leadership and onsite teams to optimize property performance.

Manage third-party accounts, process banking transactions, and execute monthly accounting closing tasks in accordance with GAAP. Oversee property cash flow, prepare financial reports, and support year-end audits and tax filings.
