The Forward Deployed Engineer will embed with customer teams to implement and deploy Blockstream's enterprise software solutions within complex banking environments. They will act as a technical bridge, writing code, building integrations, and providing feedback to improve product roadmaps.
The Senior DevOps Engineer will own production reliability during APAC hours, including incident management and cross-region handoffs. They will also build and operate secure, scalable infrastructure using Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitOps workflows.
The role involves leading the ongoing development and adoption of the Enterprise solution, focusing 70% on translating vision into actionable roadmaps, engaging technically with engineering, and leading project execution. The remaining 30% is dedicated to continuous discovery, market research, conducting customer workshops, and driving product requirements documentation.
