The Key Account Manager serves as the primary interface for customers in the Mountain West region, executing sales and marketing strategies for the Dravet 7 Team. They are responsible for building strategic relationships with Key External Experts and removing reimbursement barriers to improve patient access to care.

The Associate Director will manage relationships with key external experts in pediatric neurology and epilepsy to disseminate clinical information. They will also lead medical communication activities, support department projects, and ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance and regulatory standards.
