Lead the strategy and growth of the Bhumi College Clubs ecosystem and a national student innovation and entrepreneurship program. Manage end-to-end program delivery, including stakeholder partnerships, team mentoring, and impact tracking.

Drive end-to-end volunteer and internship management, including activation, mobilization, and retention initiatives. Build partnerships with colleges and institutions to expand opportunities while tracking key metrics to improve program impact.
