Lead the strategy and growth of the Bhumi College Clubs ecosystem and a national student innovation and entrepreneurship program. Manage end-to-end program delivery, including stakeholder partnerships, team mentoring, and impact tracking.

About the role:
The Manager is a strategic role responsible for designing, scaling, and leading Bhumi's college club ecosystem nationally, while also managing a national student innovation and entrepreneurship programme with a structured competition cycle, and institutional stakeholder management. Working closely with the Volunteer Manager and cross-functional teams, the Manager will set the vision for club growth, oversee programme quality, and build a culture of civic leadership — driving systemic change in how student volunteerism and entrepreneurship are activated across India.
About the Program
Bhumi is building one of India’s largest volunteer movements. By 2030, we aim to engage 10 lakh volunteers through Bhumi Clubs, a grassroots movement of volunteers and leaders enabling hyperlocal contributions to their own communities. Every Bhumi volunteer is a changemaker, and an active citizen working toward a better India.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall strategy, growth, and strengthening of the Bhumi College Clubs ecosystem and a national student innovation and entrepreneurship programme across India.
- Own end-to-end programme delivery — from flagship campaigns, recognition, and retention initiatives to competition cycles, judging logistics, participant communications, and post-event documentation.
- Build and manage high-performing teams and communities by mentoring College Club Leads, coordinators, and student project teams, fostering an impact oriented culture of civic leadership and entrepreneurship.
- Drive partnerships and institutional presence with colleges, faculty advisors, and key stakeholders to expand reach, engagement, and long-term programme sustainability.
- Ensure quality, consistency, and impact across all club and programme initiatives — tracking and reporting on volunteer engagement, club health, and project-level social impact data to inform decisions and demonstrate outcomes.
Educational Degree:
- Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- Good to have: MBA/ relevant Fellowship
Relevant Experience:
- 3–5 years in program management, volunteer engagement, or social sector leadership, with demonstrated experience managing multi-stakeholder environments (corporate partners, academic institutions, and student teams).
- Members of Bhumi, Enactus, Rotaract or similar college clubs preferred demonstrated experience managing multi-stakeholder environments (corporate partners, academic institutions, and student teams).
- Exposure to competition-based or cohort-based programmes is an advantage .
- Prior people management experience is essential.

- Exceptional communication skills in English — verbal, written, and presentation.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and developing talent.
- High emotional intelligence — empathy, active listening, and people engagement.

- Proficiency in AI tools and MS Office suite.

- Ability and willingness to travel locally and nationally.
