AVIAN

You will build and manage an AI-forward marketing operating model to drive growth and scale the company to $10M+ ARR. This involves owning the end-to-end marketing engine, including content creation, demand generation, lifecycle automation, and sales enablement.

You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, managing relationships with industrial clients to drive new and expansion revenue. You will work closely with internal teams to shape the product roadmap and pitch while maintaining a clean pipeline and accurate forecasts.

You will be responsible for outbound prospecting to industrial facilities to generate new sales pipeline through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. Additionally, you will manage trade show follow-ups, qualify leads, and document successful sales playbooks to support the broader sales team.
