They act as the Provider of Record for the CMS GUIDE model, overseeing clinical care plans for complex adult and geriatric Medicare patients.

Serve as a subject-matter expert providing guidance on HCC coding and documentation integrity for clinical leaders and providers. Design coding workflows, develop SOPs, and conduct audits to ensure compliance with CMS and Medicare Advantage requirements.
