You will design and build AI-powered workflows and automations using Workato to improve operational efficiency across various business departments. You will also partner with IT and security teams to ensure these solutions are secure, scalable, and effectively integrated with enterprise data.

Provide friendly and empathetic customer support across multiple channels including phone, live chat, and community forums. Manage case escalations, advocate for customer needs, and maintain active engagement within the E-Learning Heroes community.

The Senior Manager will own and evolve the end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy across engagement, conversion, adoption, retention, and cross-sell, establishing KPIs to ensure programs drive measurable impact on pipeline and revenue.
