Lead ISO certification and internal audits while managing engagement procedures in accordance with firm methodologies. Maintain productive client relationships, oversee project deliverables, and provide guidance to junior team members.
The consultant will lead clients through the full UKG Ready implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, system configuration, and go-live activities. They are also responsible for managing multiple concurrent implementations and providing training and support to client teams.
