This open position is for Armanino India LLP, which is located in India. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).

Responsibilities

Social Media Role:

·       Actively contribute to the social content calendar end to end: planning, drafting, scheduling, and publishing

·       Develop and pitch channel strategies, campaign ideas, and content formats, then execute them

·       Turn firm expertise (service lines, events, thought leadership) into engaging social content

·       Track performance and report on it monthly, with recommendations, not just numbers

·       Partner with US marketing on campaigns, events, and executive social presence

·       Use AI tools to speed up drafting, repurposing, and reporting, with strong editorial judgment on the output

·       Spot trends and opportunities and act on them without waiting to be asked

Requirements

·       4 to 6 years in social media marketing, with executing the strategy

·       B2B experience required; professional services, SaaS, or financial services strongly preferred

·       Deep knowledge of LinkedIn for B2B: organic content, executive presence, and analytics

·       A portfolio or examples showing work you conceived and led, with measurable results

·       Strong written English suited to a US professional audience

·       Experience with a social management platform (we use Hootsuite) and comfort learning our stack

·       Comfort working with US Pacific time overlap for a set window each day

·       A track record of working independently with a remote manager

·       Experience supporting executives or partners with their personal social presence

Nice to have

·       Experience with paid social on LinkedIn

·       Familiarity with intent or ABM tools (ABM means account-based marketing, which targets specific companies rather than broad audiences)
