Aria Insurtech

The role involves building and scaling Aria's paid acquisition engine from the ground up, focusing on Google Search and Meta channels. You will manage the entire funnel from ad creative and landing page optimization to tracking attribution and reporting on CAC and retention.

The Partnership Manager will own the affiliate and partner ecosystem by identifying and onboarding high-level partners to bring agents to the Aria platform. They are responsible for managing ongoing relationships, refining the affiliate program, and driving revenue growth through partner-sourced agents.
