The Senior Staff Accountant will evaluate accounting standards, perform research on business transactions, and participate in monthly financial statement closing. They will also lead special accounting projects, design internal controls, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial expertise.

Lead the creation of intuitive, user-centered digital experiences for web and mobile applications. Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to transform complex business requirements into high-fidelity designs and prototypes.

Lead the direction and execution of the enterprise Compliance Testing and Monitoring program focusing on federal and state consumer lending laws. Provide strategic oversight, risk-based insights, and effective challenge to ensure regulatory readiness and board-level reporting.

Oversee the accounting and financial reporting of loan transactions and pooled assets in accordance with GAAP. Lead a team of accountants to ensure accurate financial disclosures, internal control compliance, and effective partnership with Treasury and Accounts Receivable.

Oversee general loan and pool accounting functions, including cash movement and bank reconciliations across multiple entities. Lead special projects, manage staff and offshore contractors, and design controls to mitigate financial risk.
